Michael Atkin

President
I 'got my feet wet' in the pool business as a summer job in 2006. I spent the summer stocking shelves, cleaning floors, and loading/ unloading delivery trucks.

I worked year-round through college, where I began to learn more about the industry and the nuances of swimming pool maintenance. I graduated from Johnson and Wales University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management. Upon graduation, I took a job as an operations manager for Marriott. I quickly realized that the structure and the rules of a shirt and tie job were not tailored for my personality. I decided to utilize my background in the pool business, the practical knowledge from my college program, and the learning experiences running the day-to-day of a Marriott Hotel to dive back into the pool business.

Alysa Atkin

Vice President
Our business could not function without Alysa. She’s smart, organized, pleasant, and patient. With a full-time job as a school teacher, she has perfected these

skills on a daily basis for years! Alysa’s organization has helped fill the voids in our back office procedures, and her proficiency with modern technology compliments the manual labor aspects of our business seamlessly. She finally took the leap, and in the late fall of 2022, became a Certified Pool Operator. During Alysa’s free time you will find her exercising, playing with the dogs, or gently reminding me to stop tracking dirt from my boots inside.

Nick Carpinello

Technician
Nick is a marine biology major at the University of New Haven. Nick is a hardworking and determined individual known for his strength and resilience.

When working outside on swimming pools, Nick finds great satisfaction in delivering exceptional service that meets and exceeds customer expectations. Outside his academic pursuits, Nick enjoys lifting weights, playing football, and indulging in Netflix and music for relaxation. A fun fact about him is that he relishes the balance of being around others while also cherishing moments of solitude, recognizing the valuable lessons that can be learned from both. Additionally, Nick showcases his athletic prowess as a college football player, demonstrating his commitment to teamwork and personal growth. With his unwavering work ethic and passion for his studies and sports, Nick is poised for a successful future in marine biology and beyond. ​

Jaden Carnevale

Jaden is a biotechnology major at Endicott College. Jaden is a motivated, hardworking, and friendly individual who strives for excellence in anything he does. When working outside on

swimming pools, Jaden’s favorite part is the opportunity to explore different areas of the state and admire the beautiful landscapes in the vicinity. In his leisure time, Jaden finds joy in immersing himself in music, hitting the gym to stay active, and engaging in various sports that fuel his competitive spirit. An impressive fun fact about him is that he proudly holds the title of being a 2023 NERFU 7’s rugby champion, demonstrating his exceptional athletic prowess. With a strong work ethic, friendly demeanor, and passion for biotechnology, Jaden Carnevale is poised to make a remarkable impact. ​
